Hello,

You can user redirected folders settings to redirect the My Docs and Desktop from users computer to the server and then from your server you implement a backup solution (the Windows Server backup solution).

Let me know if you have question.

ASKER

how it will be supported for laptops  ?
why not to use rominig profile ?
For performance reasons redirected folders is the preferred choice and should replace roaming profile. It's avoid the sync time during the log in or log off.

For the laptop, are they connected to the network shares where they are not out of office ? If they have a connectivity to the network drives, it's not an issue at all. When they will connect the synchronization will be occurred (in background). Avoiding loading time as you can have with roaming profile.
the Laptops will have all the time connectivity to the network.
how to solve it ? or othere solution ?
If they will have all the time connectivity, nothing more to do or to configure. They just need to be added on the domain and received GPO.
and if they will not have all the time connectivity ?
is the data will be available on there laptop ?

If you enable offline files, the laptop users can still have copies of the files on their laptops that get automatically synced when they reconnect ot the network.
where do I needs to set the Enable Offline files ?
is it support Win 7\10 ?
All has to be configured within the GPO for Redirected Folders :
 https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj649078(v=ws.11).aspx
And, it's compatible with Win 7/10.
Hello David,

Did you find out how to configure the Redirected Folders ?

Let me know if you have any question.
