Hello - We have three barcode scanners and one of them seems to have lost it's CItrix software and I need help finding the right software to install and then steps on how to install it? &nbsp; The scanners are running Windows CE as the o/s.<br />

On the scanners that work, I see an entry for 'ICA Client' under programs. &nbsp;I do not see that entry under the gun that is working and when we go to the typical web link and click a published app...it does not know what to do with...<br />

Can anyone tell me how to go about getting this software back on this Intermec handheld? &nbsp; I do know how to connect it to the Windows Mobile device on a laptop...so not sure I I have to install the ICA Client software on the laptop and then sync it over to the gun or how it works.... feel pretty much in the dark on this!! &nbsp; Any help appreciated! - JH
