451 4.1.8 Domain of sender address <xxxxxx@xxx.com> does not resolve
Greetings..!!
I have 5 domains in my environment, when the users in one of the 5 domains send mail to certain external domains, they receive an error - "451 4.1.8 Domain of sender address <xxxxxx@xxx.com> does not resolve"
Not able to sort out the exact issue. Any suggestions please?

in NDR you will be able to see more details like which server is returning this error. Not sure what environment you have I mean these 5 are different Exchange organization or configured on only one Exchange org.

Ours is configured under only one exchange org.
Ours is configured under only one exchange org.
Then totally depends on your mail routing configuration because if recipient e-mail address exists on same Exchange server then it should reach directly to local Exchange server.
I hope you have added all 5 domains in Accepted domain as well.
