Its not a plugin, I was thinking I could move customers in and out of groups 'Account - Active' , 'Account - On Hold' , something like that. But I was wondering whether its necessary to clear the cache every time , or is there a one-click way for accounts staff to quickly update an attribute like that without going thru the 'clear cache' process.
