Caveat being I haven't tried Powerpoint, but you can certainly bind SharePoint data and Visio diagrams together and you can embed Visio into PowerPoint. So there's a good chance.<br />

What if you embed a SharePoint linked Excel Spreadsheet in to your PowerPoint presentation? As Jamie mentioned there is no direct integration, but this is kind of a work around.<br />
