Dll error when running Microsoft Office
I have a user who is getting the message attached. The message is "AppVlsvSubsystems32.dll is missing." She gets it every time she tries to open Office 2013 Home and Business.
When she first started getting it I ran a Quick fix. That didn't work, so I then ran an Online fix. That got to the point where it uninstalled the existing office 2013 but then ran into an error ( I don't have the exact error) that something went wrong and it basically left her without any Office at all. So I ran the Microsoft Office cleanup tool and then restarted her computer. Then, I re-installed Office 2013 right from Microsoft and re-activated.
It seems fine except...she's still getting the same error. So I've repaired and removed Office and fully re-installed it and I'm still getting the same error. Any reputable site seems to indicate I need to re-install the program in order to get it to work but I just did that and I'm still getting the error.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please see attachment for full error. It occurs with Excel, Word and One Note at least, so far.
