Missing contacts in Outlook

Folks,
I am using Outlook 2016. If I wish to send an email and begin to type in a name that name appears. However, under my contacts I have just a couple I've recently added. So where did the contacts go?

Karl,
Interesting...I thought everything was in the .pst file.
#1 - First, your contacts are located in a contact folder?
which may or may not be a member of the Outlook AddressBook.
I've included screen shots. The second image also points to //Frank Freese which I could not locate

Folks,
I failed to state that my system is a standalone desktop not ties to any external network. I do not know if this makes a difference.
