The server may provide power consumption on its label on the case. You certainly can obtain it from the server documentation .

We cannot know.

How many disk drives?
What CPU?
How many power supplies?
Any other accessory cards you installed?

Trying to calculate this can be tricky.

Easy way is just purchase a pass through, Watt Meter + turn on your machine + you can see the exact wattage used (power consumption).

So much depends on percentage CPU usage nowadays that a R720 can consume anything between 50W and 500W+  , you can use the EIPT tool to calculate exact power usage http://www.dell.com/calc

(not as accurate as a power meter as you'll no doubt have to guess some values but at least you can work it out before you buy the servers if you don't already have them)
