Outlook SMTP server error
Hi everyone;
I'm encountering an issue with Outlook when sending emails after moving to a new office and install a new fiber broadband internet line (Sending through webmail or from phones is working).
With SSL encryption, port number 465 the outlook shows that the server does not support this type of encryption.
With TLS encryption, port number 587 the error is the connection to the server was interrupted.
Anyone encounter this issue before?
Any suggested solution is highly appreciable.
Thank you.

All Configuration is correct. Username/ password, encryption, and port number.
I checked with our ISP, and nothing blocked from their side.
Even with my email provider, they did some updates, it worked for one day and then am facing the issue again.

Try making a new Outlook Profile. Make sure you have a good PST backup, go to Control Panel, Mail, Profiles, and delete the current Profile (deletes Account). Close out, restart the computer, open Outlook, Make a new Profile and set up the account. Should work fine.

I tried this solution to a new computer with SSL encryption and port number 465, and it is working.
On my computer, I trieddecided to create a new profile and reconfigure the email, but it did not work.

Something wrong with Outlook then.
Do a Full Repair of Outlook from Programs and Features.
When done, restart and test.
If that does not work, then make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account), Log into the new Windows Account, set up Outlook and test.

The issue is it is happening with all users; we are around 250 not only one user.
And it just started after we install a new internet line, but I don't know if the issue is related to that.

OK, so new information.
If ALL 250 users it is not very likely an Outlook issue. I suggest going back to the ISP and checking again.
Make sure your IP address (new) is not blacklisted. That happens too.

As per them, The line is up, and nothing blocked.
I opened a case to check and am still waiting for their reply.

Have you tried to flush DNS and reset TCP/IP?
Thank you and I was happy to help.
Then check your ISP why the port / TLS combination is not working.
