After replacing a failed disk in my server ,it appears as if the db isn't mounting.
It worked for a while after the hot swap, but has been down since about 5 yesterday.
Any suggestions

Do you have any additional information such as error messages, errors in the event logs? Using ESM you can turn up logging.
The database file and log folder are present on the new disk?
To check the path just go to Exchange Management Shell and enter the command: Get-MailboxDatabase | fl identity, edbfilepath, logfolderpath

As always, CHECK YOUR EVENT LOGS! Start there and then you can look at other things.
