Windows 10 Wireless Connection Blue Screen

Strange scenario where windows 10 on one network when trying to connect will go to blue screen which error points to the wifi driver but this will eventually happen on a wired connection too but it is not immediately on connection sometimes taking 5 or 10 minutes.  Move to a totally different environment router, network, ssid and no sign of trouble.  Not only have tested this on each once but twice spending a few hours on each.  Could this be related to the routers vs the laptop computer and the wifi card?  The one that fails is a cox router modem combo single unit.  The one that works fine is a Mediacom with separate modem and router setup.  In addition if I use a different laptop on the network with the problem scenario I do not have a problem. The laptop with the problem is an hp 15-ay192nr running the latest version of windows 10 updates and drivers from hp.  Worked with hp support for an hour and they could not resolve the issue.  They said reinstall the entire machine.  But it works great on the other network not a sign of problems.

I am using the newest driver from HP.  Also the support person logged into my computer and installed it. It probably crashed literally 5 times while he was on it.  But not during the install fortunately.  It continued to crash after that.  Then I left and went to the other house where the issue didn't occur.  I turned it on connected to my wifi and ran the windows creator update and it never crashed once.
You read what I had to say - even if it is stable under certain conditions - it must not crash under other conditions. Share your bluescreen result. You said, the wifi driver was mentioned in the bluescreen. What driver is mentioned, when it crashes while on wired LAN?
