in response, My apologies I am not sure whether it is an iPhone or an LG, but on the phone screen it says LG and my carrier is ultramobile. How do I ascertain what type of device I have and the model number. Thank u and my apologies for my ignorance.

in response to Ramin, Yes, the choice is "Choose a default", the options are : Choose a default; for one device named : jegajothy
the other 2 with the same name is : 'Ask me every time
and 4th one is : "Open device to view files (File Explorer)
Maybe I should change the name of the mobile to something different to make it unique. If this is it, how do I change the mobile phone to a different name. thank u.

In response to Limited Member, when I open the cover, on the back it says LG, with MetroPCS . If I open the cover, it is the battery, which I do not want to remove just in case I mess up everything.

Found out more inform by probing, it is a Model LGM S323
and the hardware version is Rev.1.0
I just changed the name to LG Ultramobile.

Be sure to Unlock the phone lock screen First, then connect it to computer.
