Microsoft Word 2010 AutoCorrect (MS****.acl) file redirection

We have a Server 2012 R2 RDS Farm with 4 servers.  We have several users who modify their AutoCorrect file lists frequently.   MS Office stores those files here C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office.
The problem is, the RDS Farm is set to load balance, so the users randomly connect to 1 of 4 RDS Servers. And the M****.acl file gets modified and stored on whichever RDS Server they are connected to.  So, the next day, they potentially could connect to a different RDS Server which will not contain their new AutoCorrect entry.
I cannot find a way to redirect the location of the M***.acl file to shared folder where all the RDS Servers could utilize.
Any thoughts?
Thank you
