Hi, <br />
I am facing some problem in my Laptop Dell E-6420. On 21/6/2017 &nbsp;I received this msg Thermal Fan 1 stopped, but I did not notice and neither I realize this msg. After that my laptop showing problem about start up , whenever I press power button, battery light blink and laptop do not start, but some time it start up after pressing 3 or 4 time, one day when it took start, I pressed F5, it shows event log <br />
