i am tasked with turning over machines from user to user until they are no longer functional.
i was curious about best practices for switching a machine from 1 user to another.
> is there a way to retain important information from the previous user
> is resetting the machine completely always the best option
> is there anything else that should be done in addition to resetting the machine to make sure it runs at its max potential (besides OS updates )
the majority of machines i work with are windows machines running win 10 pro although i do work on macbooks & imacs as well (some on siearra and some on el capitan)
