ASUS System - will not boot
I had a customer give me a system that he said would not boot into Windows. The system is an ASUS M32CD-B09 - with Windows 10 - when you first turn it on, it automatically goes into Preparing Automatic Repair and then gives a blue screen with a WHEA Uncorrectable error on it and reboots. I have went into BIOS and was able to get it to boot to Windows 10 USB drive but get a Window logo - few dots circling and then locks up. I have tried to boot to a Linux CD as well - gets into Linux but cannot do anything. I looked up that WHEA error and said it could be a hardware error?

Given the balance of your post, the computer has a motherboard failure (CPU, Board, possibly RAM).
You can make a boot CD from memtest86.exe and check the memory out. You can also try one, then the other memory stick.
