mobile phone not showing in iTunes
My OS is win 10 Prof 64 bit and I have the latest version of iTunes. I also bought a new pc micro usb cable as I think the old was a cheap one and could be the cause. But with the new cable, the phone which is a LG Model MS323 does not show in iTunes. My mobile carrier is ultramobile which is a subset of Metro PCS.
Hope the experts please let me know how to fix this problem. Thank u

In response to Experienced Member and Jackie Man, it is apparent that the Android phone will not show in iTunes and also I have not had any luck in downloading the usb driver from the site suggested by Jackie. It is taking soooo very long, even if I were to leave it on, with no other programs running. Anyway I will give it another try.
FYI when I plugged in my new Micro cable, the LG software did install itself.
