Connectwise - Access old data
Hi all.
I have a client who has ConnectWise onsite which is no longer active. They use it to access old data.
When attemping to login the error
The Server does not appear to have an SSL Certificate.
This is correct most likely. However I just want to access this server on the internal network to see old data.
Does any one have any suggestions?

@Scott,
Actually ScreenConnect is a component (one they bought), ConnectWise the platform is a CRM (for lack of a better term) targeting "Technology Solution Providers" (IT consultant(s) and their respective firms).

@OP,
Depending on the latest version that your client had updated to, they may have to contact ConnectWise to get their data. If ConnectWise is anything like what they were back about 10 years ago, be prepared to pay a hefty sum to either retrieve the data or update to a newer version and migrate the data.

ASKER
it was accessable till very recently. I will open a support case. Thank you
If this was ConnectWise Manage, there would be a SQL back-end. So all your data is in there. What are you looking for exactly? Do you know how to query SQL? You should have access to the ConnectWise database via SSMS. Also, if the SSL issue is the only problem you should be able to update the certificate in IIS Manager on the server.
