Slim to none.
If the data is valuable enough ,send into a data recovery company.
if i install new HDD in 1 and rebuild

there is nothing to rebuild
you already lost 2 drives in your array
replace your drives and restore from backup
You will need at least two drives up and running to re-build the failed one (yes, one!)
If you would be able to get one of the drives revived (reboot or any other means) you
should rebuild as soon as possible!
Warning: Rebuild may take considerable amount of time.

ASKER

I had created two emergency disk , SCO unix 6 emergency disk, 1. Boot.cd.image 2. Drf.image
Will this two disk help.
Those disks are for system recovery, which has nothing to do with RAID recovery.
And keep in mind that (as David wrote) switching power off and back on will ususlally make things much worse!
Last word on this .. don't be tempted to buy some consumer software and try something yourself, not with a double failure.  You are going to have XOR parity problem and filesystem issues at a minimum.  Be prepared to pay a few thousand dollars too.  Find a company that has the engineers and clean room onsite, or you'll just pay jacked up rates because that company will send it all out to third party.  The good ones will also give you free estimate.
