I suggest you call IBM / Lenovo Support as they can likely get it going for you. They may have to reset the BIOS and that is not something you should do yourself.

Hi,<br />
At the time of starting of my ibm server it stuck on uEFI starting error. I have waited for 1 hour still it was the same. at the same time it is unable to detect the usb devices (like keyboard and mouse) . so that i cant able to enter into BIOS set up .i have tried all the possibilities like disconnect all HDD , remove DVD drive but it does not work. please give me further suggestion.
