user gets access denied when connecting to her workstation for remote desktop connection

hi experts,

 I have a user who is on windows 7 pro. Her system is setup to accept remote desktop connections. this was working fine and about a week ago it stopped working and all she gets is denied! please assist.

The user and the computer was originally being allowed access and now is receiving an access denied. What has changed in the environment did the machine receive an update or did it not receive an update? Does the computer have specific security requirements to meet when using remote desktop connection that it is no long compliant with causing the user to get access denied? Is it the user receiving the access denied message on all machines or just a specific machine? Verify the user is in fact in the remote desktop security group with permissions to perform operations as needed and verify to see what OU container the computer is located in is it possible that the computer the user is attempting to access is blocked due to a specific security group? evaluate and let us know
