Hi, I'm not totally familiar with the inner working of VLSC. Â I was hoping someone can break down some of my snippits to tell me what is going on.
What does status expired mean? Â Are the software license associated with this account no longer valid??
What are my software licenses available to use? Â I clicked on license tab, is that it? Â WHat's effective quantity? Â Unresolved Quauty? Active SA?
I found this old PDF containing an "active" status that just expired a couple month ago. Â Can we re-activate it? Â What is the benefit? Â Also, there's are a slew of product keys listed here that are unrelated to my summary from the second pics. Â Why does this all those extra product key but I have nothing to show for it in the product summary from the previous pic?
I have another old PDF summary this time related to Office 2013 follow with another batch various versions of office product keys. Â Does this old PDF have relevence to what I posted for first and second pic? Â Why doesn't the first and second pic reflect what use to be the inventory? Â How did it get purged? Â Can I still use the product key if it no longer posted on the VLSC site?
Finally... Is Office 365 Business Premium more ideal for smaller (under 20 users) as their Office suite age and need replacing?

I called Microsoft up to discuss some rogue product keys. Â They helped straighten things out. Â Next question, why do they list several product keys under one software in VLSC?
