Did Google Chrome's new update also remove your saved passwords

I would like to point out that since Chrome's recent update,
I now have to re-input all my previous saved passwords and some are
missing in action :(

Has anyone experienced the same and is there a fix, even though it is too late now but
for the other members... =)

No that did not happen. Some of those passwords are saved in Credential Manager. Please look in Control Panel, Credential Manager and see if web passwords remain there. Also make sure in Chrome Settings that you have enabled Remember forms and passwords. That might have come unchecked.

All well here in Chrome, Edge and my Credential Manager.

Thanks a mill
You are very welcome. IE and Chrome need to save their own passwords. I look for a while on my Windows 7 machine and was not enlightened. No credentials.
Just to add...
i checked chrome://settings/passwordsAndForms + chrome://settings/passwords
and all okay.
very strange.
i think got damaged in reg somehow.
