Microsoft Deployment Tool Refresh/New System

I'm having to help on a project to push new Windows images to about 250 computers in a short period of time.

I don't care about saving any data, as the user profiles are saved on network storage. Nuking it from orbit. Glass deserts.

While I can do PXE boots for VLANs or Boot CDs across them, I'm curious about running LiteTouch from within Windows, as can be done for application installations. However, since I'm having to format the drive, I'm running into issues where it appears that things are not being written to, as they're currently in use.

Before I give up and go back to having to set up a bunch of servers for the various VLANs, is there anything out there that would be applicable on how to set this up? All the info says it'll work...on XP and 7, and MDT2010 or 2012. Not on systems with 10, UEFI, and MDT2013. http://www.kingbain.com/adding-a-format-and-partition-to-refreshupgrade-scenarios-for-mdt/
