I have a calculated value in cell E2,<br />

In cell F2, I want to do the following:<br />
1. display the same color displayed in E2<br />
2. if value displaying in E2 &lt;&nbsp;20, display ADVISORY in F2<br />
3. if value displaying in E2 &gt;&nbsp;19, display RFC in F2<br />
