The only way the ads will be served is on pages where contest rules are read, topic essays are read, the home page is viewed, user about-info is seen,<br />

The TOS of Adwords and such state that I can not pay people for clicks, obviously.<br />
But, what if I state that a blogger may only participate in a contest if they are a massive, respected contributor?<br />
<br />
Would that be a bad idea? That is not payment, it is merely a condition of users being expected to be seriously involved in the blog.<br />
It should make the G-men happy, in fact. I am not asking for clicks, just requiring users to be exposed to the advertisements.<br />
