can't upgrade Windows 10 redstone 2 again by using creator media ISO
hi,
after upgrade to Windows 10 redstone 2 using upgrade assistant without having AV turn off and no error message during the whole upgrade. I found out some problem, the desktop icon sometimes, after turn off, all auto arrange and this change my desktop icon change position from time to time.
sometime the file explorer hangs just because of the drag and drop, when I do that, doesn't work, then I can't close some windows until it is restarted.

I don't see the creator media ISO allow me to keep all personal file and app open shows up even I create one more user profile for it.
I am now thinking there are file corruption, so any command to fix + Check all files intergrity and corruption for my Windows 10 with redstone 2 and all update to day patches like the bunch of patches release yesterday?

I think I know why, for each new update/change of the Windows 10 OS, we need to download the latest media creator .exe again !
it see the change in version !!

but I am not sure why on ANOTHER PC of mine, it doesn't happen to me ! I use the old media creator !
It is not about any version of tools like the media creator application. If you have RS2 (aka win10 1703) installed and your setup is also 1703, then it will work. Else, you will get the message that you have made a screenshot of.
best use a new media creator tool and test again !

but I don't understnad it , when I upgrade from redstone 1 to redstone 2, the keep personal file and apps option can be choose, but after redstone 2 installed by upgrade assistant, this option is not working anymore.
should I say the final point is, how can I force it to keep personal file and apps ?
