Remote Desktop server Event ID 1000
Hi Experts,
I'm getting a ton of spoolsv.exe failures on my Remote Desktop server 2012 r2.
History: In the beginning, we were using a print server and deploying printers to every user (less that 25 users). That configuration had errors, so I stopped the server and followed printer installations according to the recommendation from a Line of Business install configuration doc (install a local printer and also use no spaces in printer names). This seemed to resolve all printer issues. Now, just within the past 2 weeks, spoolsv.exe is failing constantly. Recently installed printer (I believe before the errors started) is an HP OfficeJet 8710 full software was loaded by a junior admin vs just the driver for the network printing.
How can I truly find the cause? Kernelbase.dll? tells me nothing (but I'm not an expert :-)
