How can I upload .PST in "Office Online Kiosk" from client end ?
We are facing problem of uploading .PST from user end in current scenario:
User OS: Windows 7 Professional
License: Kiosk
Office: Not installed
In-Place Archive: Enabled (100 GB space available)
We successfully uploaded .PST in In-Place Archive folder using “AzCopy.exe”. For large amount of users it is very difficult task to upload their archived .PSTs.
In Windows 10 "Mail" is available but it didn't shows "In-Place Archive" folder. Means no option available to upload archived .PST
Is there any option available to upload .PST from client end?
Or any free client available to use on systems of Kiosk users?

Kiosk users dont get an Online archive, you need to import the PST to their primary mailbox. Either way, you can import PST to the primary/archive mailbox via the Import tab of the SCC: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Use-network-upload-to-import-PST-files-to-Office-365-103f940c-0468-4e1a-b527-cc8ad13a5ea6?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#step4
Plus, the quota for Kiosk users is 2GB, not 100GB. Read the service description here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/exchange-online-limits.aspx

There is NO In-place archive with Kiosk licenses. Unless you pay for the standalone Exchange Online Archiving service. Read the article I linked to above.

You can use 'Add Outlook PST Tool' in order to upload the .pst files from client machines. They have several other tools as well, i would suggest to make an attempt to try with a client machine and see if it works as expected?
You can download the tool from this link https://www.sysinfotools.com/recovery/add-outlook-pst.php
Hope this helps.
