macOS Web Apps in Dock
I am looking for a way to create a web app in the dock of macOS (just like you are able to do in Windows with Chrome and then pin it to the task bar).
For example, we use Zoho CRM. So I would like to be able to click on a icon (with a custom icon or fav icon for website) and be able to open a window with it.
Is this possible?

You have to create an App Bundle to accomplish your goal.
You can search for other App Builders. You might find something simpler than Platypus.
To me, Platypus provides simplest path I've found to date.
