How to make a game run in the background.
Hi all,
I have a game running on one monitor of a dual monitor setup.
But as soon as i click on a different application (like a browser), the game quits running. How do my make the game continue to run even if I"m browsing in a different window?
Thanks in advance.

However, we have no idea what the game is, running in Windowed mode will usually fix this, if you post the game name it might be possible to find a workaround.

Hi - it's a little-known game titled "Titan Quest".
I've tried running it in windowed mode, yet still can't make it run smoothly in the background.

Are you playing it through Steam?

Yes I am.
Then you already have the correct answer from David :(
All the Steam versions of TQ are based on a core which intentionally checks focus as the original programming was (unusually at the time) designed to force players to stay in game.
