Are you connecting via serial port? Double check your com port setting 9600-n-1<br />

Hen booted, does it function, or are you trying to resurrect one that is from storage?<br />
Ssh nor telnet will not display post.<br />

Double check your cabling is correct, I.e. Cisco usually includes the rj45 to serial console cable.<br />
<br />
If you can ssh after the Asa ramps up, check whether console might have been disabled/diverted.......<br />

Check the setup with access to working switch....
