I can not access console port switch cisco

We need to know what model cisco switch for starters.
If you do not know the username and password you can reset to factory defaults for most Cisco switches

The model is Catalyst 2960

Thanks for the information but my case is particular. The console port doesn't respond and I can not access to switch for configure or a rommon mode. I believe that someone put the comand no exec, and I don´t have access to console. Is posible erase the configuration for hardware ?

Yes, follow directions for resetting to factory defaults.  The problem with this is f you have special settings they will be wiped out.  Do you know if you do?

I don't have special configurations. I want to reset to Factory defaults the device.
