He's using the global vpn client program on the computer.<br />
He enters just his username.<br />
Same with the mobile app. <br />
We haven't tried entering his username with the domain in front of it.

I have a client with a sonicwall app on his android phone. It's not on any wifi. It will connect to the VPN but it won't authenticate with the same info that works on the computer. The App seems pretty straight forward, we enter the IP address and then it asks for user name and password. Is there a reason it works on the computer but not the phone?
