(Operation & Maintenance)Need to lock the row cells after the cell is click to "Closed"

Good day Guys. For some of you who knows how to lock the rows of the cell,I'll be needing your help!!!
I want to lock only the formatted cells in a row (not the entire row). There's a "Pending"  and "Closed" dropdown list.I want to lock the specific data in a row after I click the "Closed"

Please see the attached file below.
I'll be happy and really appreciate for your suggestions/help.

There's no attachment.

You cannot lock cells without protecting the sheet as well.

You can also use a method of Data Validation.

By setting a validation rule that is enforced when another condition is met ie relevant cell value is "Closed" but the validation is impossible, eg cell value >1 AND < 1, the contents of that cell then can't be changed because the validation won't let it change.
Mr Cox already provided the best solution.I'm so thankful for this one.
You've accepted your own post, not mine.
Thank you for the tips Sir.I'll remember this one.
