Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5

Hi All, i am consider the new Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 package at a site with two Host servers.

I have a pretty simple question that i cant seem to get an answer for, the Failover procedure is pretty straight forward and easy if i need to take the Source VM offline or its corrupted, my question is this, how do i get the Replicated Target Host VM online in the event hardware failure on the Source Host where Veeam is installed, if the Target Host has failed and i have no access to the Veeam console, how do i get the Replica VM online on the Target Host

I am sure there must be a simple solution, just cant seem to find anything

Thanks in advance

As simple as that, trying to figure out if Veeam is better than the existing Replica function already built into Server 2012R2

Thanks for the quick response
Remember Veeam provides, Failover, and Fallback.... and also provides Backup!

So it provides you more than just Replication.
Thanks Andrew

Apologies for delay, i have one more scenario relating to this question.

Ok, so say Server1 is the primary Host server and Server2 is the secondary host server where the Replica VM's are residing.

Server1 host is also where the Veeam B&R is installed, if i lose Server1 completely i can just start up the VM's on server2, as you mentioned above.

So my question is, the users are now working on the replica VM's and say it takes a few days to get Server1 back online, how do i failback to Server1 basing this on the scenario that Server1 has been reinstalled from scratch for example with the Hypervisor empty of VM's

Thanks Andrew
