How to lock internet access on a pc

How can I block a computer from accessing the internet completely. but leave open remote desktop connection so the user can only use the internet when remoted in the their work computer via remote desktop.
blocking IE will not be enough since the computer has other browsers.

Hello, you can block the port 80 within the internal firewall (like Windows Firewall).

Complicated task. You can block anything but a defined set of software using applocker/software restriction policies - way 1.
Way2: define what outgoing ports would -when blocked - make internet usage a rather fruitless experience. Block those ports.

Group Policy will only work with Microsoft Browser.
