Try making a copy of the company file to a local machine (copy, do not move). <br />

Now try to open locally. If it opens, then QB, File, Utilities, Rebuild to fix the file. If all that work, restore the rebuilt file to the server. Keep the old backup as well until you know all is working.

Thanks for update. Now you only have one option left. <br />

Contact Intuit, ask for their repair service and send them the file for repair. This is a cost service unless they cannot repair it. <br />

Will do so but just pointing out again that this same user on the same pc has no issue with all other qb file (about 50 files)
