forward emails disappearing from inbox????

hi experts,

 i have a user who is experiencing a problem of her forward emails disappearing from her inbox?
so she forwards an email to someone else, that someone else receives  the email and then that email disappears from the senders inbox? it is though in her sent folders but no longer appears in her inbox? any suggestions?

could you verify if the emails have gone into the deleted item folder and if not there then review the recover deleted item folder, and if the mail is found there, check the rule for delete action, also first you can disable her all the rule to check if any rule is doing this, once the rules are disabled do some testing to check if emails stay in the mailbox, if mail stay then you can review each rule for its action.
Review any mailbox rules the user might have and disable them to verify if this issue is still there.
