fsockopen error while uploading a template from a third party to my domain
What is the cause of this error fsockopen failed No route to host (113) while publishing a template to my domain? I tried using another third party template provider and i received an FTP passive Mode error. What is the cause and what is the solution. Please help.

What is the domain you are publishing to? Have you purchased the domain and set it up with nameservers so that there are DNS records that point the domain back to your server's IP address?
Also, Google for "plesk enable passive ftp" - there are several guides out there on how to properly configure that feature within Plesk.

yes to your questions, the domain is sitezoned.com
Connect to your server via shell (SSH) and try to ping the domain name from there, and tell us what IP comes back or if you get errors.
ASKER
I was able to ping the domain, of course log in. No errors.

I am running firewalld as the system firewall and a Router using port forwarding for my open ports. I am not clearly sure what i need to do to resolve this issue for my users. Please help.
