LicGen won't be in the system path<br />
Locate it in Windows (it's probably in C:\Program Files (x86) in the folder associated with the publisher/name of program)<br />
when you're in the same folder as the LicGen.exe file right click on the address bar at the top of the Windows Explorer window and choose &quot;Copy address as text&quot;.<br />
Now open your Command Prompt window<br />
Type CD &lt;space&gt; and then right click with the mouse over the window<br />
Choose &quot;Paste&quot;<br />
This will put the path to LicGen into the command line<br />
Press enter<br />
You're now taken to the folder containing LicGen.exe<br />
Type licgen &lt;enter&gt; to run it.

LicGen
