What are you buying the licenses for?! A single server? Two servers? How many CPUs and cores?

This is for 2 Dell Power Edge T330 servers. The server specs are listed here: http://i.dell.com/sites/doccontent/shared-content/data-sheets/en/Documents/Dell_PowerEdge_T330_SpecSheet.pdf.
I'm used to installing Windows server operating systems from the Microsoft volume licensing websites where OS licenses like these don't need to be purchased.

We haven't beought these servers yet.
That is why I'm tryig to determine whether or note this is a valid quote.
I'm beginning to think that instead of purchasing these servers from this reseller we should simply purchase them ourselves and I'll set them up with AD, group polcy, and everything else.
What if anything should be changed on this quote if we are to buy these servers from this reseller?
