Server HDD failure
That'll be fine, it's unlikely you'd lose another drive, however that being said you're redunant to 3 drives depending on which drive fails.

Guys
Quick question the faulty hdd is still on the server. Tomorrow will arrive the new one but I will have to give the faulty one to the courier.
Could I take out it from the bay while server is running? And pack the hdd into the box.

If the disks are framed, this should be possible. It's called hot-swap.
CAVEAT: there are (older) systems, which don't allow this. Thus read the manual.
Before packing the disk, let it cool down.
