Computer won't recognize 2nd internal hard drive
Hello,
I just connected an internal hard drive for backup in a client's computer. It doesn't show up under PC and when I go into computer management - storage it does not show up there either. This is the first one I have installed on a Windows 10 system. I double checked connectors but did not test the drive outside the computer. I am now only able to work remotely on the computer for the time being.
Am I missing anything?

Okay Dick I ran partition wizard and it did not detect the drive. Looks like I'll need to set up time to check into his bios setup, etc.
I'm not sure when that will be. Shall I close this session (I probably have enough information to continue) or leave open until I am finished?
