I have 2 DC one is a 2008 r2 and the other is a 2012 standard. <br />
I have the fsmo roles split as follows 2008 server master<br />
Schema Master<br />
Domain Naming Master<br />
the 2012 Server<br />
PDC<br />
RID pool Manager<br />
Infrastucture master<br />

The issue is this. When I try to configure the domain group policy I'm getting the following error:<br />
Failed to open Group Policy Object - You might not have the appropriate rights - The network name can not be found.<br />

If I try to create a new one it says the Network name cannot be found<br />
<br />
Also I'm seeing the following error:<br />
THe account is not authorized to login from this location? Its the domain admin account...
