Can you explain what you're trying to accomplish and where you got the IP address and network address from?

Here my shot in the dark guess at what you're trying to do: Change ISP?...

The data I got is from the modem/router itself...

I am considering so - to change ISP!!! >:(

I assume the WAN table was updated but it looks incorrect. If the IP addressing is done in the same way then you should update the gateway to be the same as the IP:

PVC0 0/35 10.216.230.183 255.255.255.255 10.216.230.183 112.198.126.116 PPPoE Up

And the route table would look like this:
                           ROUTING TABLE:
# Dest IP Mask Gateway IP Metric Device Use Edit Drop
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1 10.216.230.183 32 10.216.230.183 1 poe0 0
2 192.168.254.0 24 192.168.254.254 1 enet0 137888
3 default 0 Node1 2 poe0 105886

But that is entirely based off of what you posted. This setup doesn't make sense to me and I still don't know where you got the 10.216.230.183 IP address.

That IP Address is coming from the network.
