MS Access 2016 RunTime vs Full Version

I developed a very simple Db for a client to replace an older app.  I used my PC, running Win 10 PRO and Access 2016 full version.  The same app runs OK on the clients Win 10 PRO machine with Access 2016 runtime EXCEPT when running any report, I get a fatal exception and the app has to close.  I tried 32b and 64b 2013, 2016 versions, all the same result on the client's machine.  Any ideas?  I don't want to load a full version on the client machine, set the code, try it then uninstall it - just yet.  Not if there is a "head slapping" DOH! I am missing.

you might be able to resolve this by opening the reports in design view, selecting Page Setup, clicking on the Page tab, then selecting the "Default Printer".

Trying the solution Dale put up.  I'm doing this remotely through Team Viewer.  This is a new issue.  I have run reports before remotely using TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc. and still do on other clients' machines and never had this issue but I do understand the printer issue.  Seen it before.  The clients accidentally turned off TeamViewer so I'll have to wait an hour or so for them to get them back on line.  Stand by.  Thank you.
Dale - solution did not work.   standing by for more suggestions.  Thanks for hoping in on this.
does the client have a default printer assigned on the computer that is having problems?
Did not have default.  I set one and re-ran program but same result.  I'm going to load the full application on their machine and see where the error is coming from.  You know how UNspecific these error message are but at least in the full version if it fails you get a little more of a hint!  Program has encountered a problem and will now close, etc.  Really helpful.  Hopefully in debug I can find the "offending" line.
