error 1706 when installing MS project pro 2013

Hello,
A user asked me to install Project pro 2013 in her computer that has  office pro 2013 installed already. I have purchased the project license key in one of this site where you can download the .exe installation software and enter the key at the end.
The installation stops with the error 1706 saying:" Error 1706. Setup cannot find the required files. Check your computer connection to the network, or CD ROM Drive....." (see pic attached).
Note that:
I tried to fix office pro 2013  (already installed) but that did not fix the problem
The installation works fine in other PCs in the same network
I tried to disabled the antivirus as well as firewall, but that did not  fix the problem
I was trying to install the trial version and enter the key after (as said in another post) but I cannot find the trial version of office pro 2k13
The user has administrator rights.
The problem shows also when I log in the same PC as a different user[/list].

...I used all my resources and I gave up.
hope you can help.

Hello and thank you for your replaying.

The office pro 2k13 installation was done from the network, from the same site your provide. Project Pro is the trial version exe file downloaded from a retail site where you purchased also the license key.
I tried in other PCs having office Pro installed as well and installs fine. In this PC the installation stops with the error attached previously.

thank you
Can you try placing the Project installer in the same folder as the Office installer?

Was the affected PC supplied with a trial Office install?
I was able to download Project setup.exe file and burn a dvd. I ran then the installation from the DVD and it went through with no problems.

Thank you for your solution.
