"Outlook not responding" message within Office 2016
A user with a Microsoft Surface Windows 10 Pro computer keeps receiving "Outlook not responding" messages within Outlook 2016. The Microsoft Surface has 8 GB of RAM
We have already repaired Office, cleared temporary files, run the DISM and SFC commands, made sure all Windows drivers are up to date, made sure that no unnecessary addins are installed and uninstalled Avast antivirus. After this didn't fix the problem we recreated the user's Outlook profile.
The user is using a corporate Gmail email address.
Both Avast antivirus and Malware bytes haven't detected any problems.
What else can be done to fix this issue?

try a different account see if it hangs, might have to completely uninstall office, reboot then reinstall. if that fails look at recreating the user profile(computer).
