We have already repaired Office, cleared temporary files, run the DISM and SFC commands, made sure all Windows drivers are up to date, made sure that no unnecessary addins are installed and uninstalled Avast antivirus. After this didn't fix the problem we recreated the user's Outlook profile.<br />

The user is using a corporate Gmail email address.<br />

Both Avast antivirus and Malware bytes haven't detected any problems.<br />
