SPOTIFY LOGIN extreme difficulty

I subscribe to Spotify Premium service for about $10.00 a month. I am unable to logon. It does not like my email in spite of them sending me several emails every month. They elude to the possibility that I might be using my  Facebook logon. What I wish to accomplish is to give Spotify a dedicated new email ONLY for them. I cannot find any way of contacting them because their available "fill in the forms" are not appropriate for what I wish to do. It seems impossible to find ANY phone number for this company. I cannot even locate a regular email for them. I am willing to provide ANY verification that they might require if I only could find a method to convey this to them. In my not so humble opinion they have taken customer service by forms TOO far. Does any Expert have an email for them?  If they are in any way using my facebook login I wish to discontinue that and use only a new email between Spotify and myself. I have spent several hours on trying to figure this out which is crazy especially in view that I am a paying customer. Any suggestions would be welcome for sure.
